The location was perfect and we were impressed by the luxurious and comfortable amenities. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with a sitting area and a dressing area. We especially appreciated the air conditioning and in-room safe. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The hotel's facilities, including the bar and restaurant, were top-notch. We also enjoyed the free toiletries provided in the bathroom.

We highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

The location in front of the Petrovaradin Fortress was amazing, and we really enjoyed our time here, especially because parking was available onsite.

We stayed in apartment superior and I must say it was just perfect. Rooms were spacey, clean and very nice furnished. The staff was also great: not resplendent and very helpful. So...if location is not an issue, you can't go wrong with this hotel.

There was no price list next to the minibar, just the sign telling you that all products are free. Since the minibar is of course not free, this could be a bit deceiving :)

We stayed at Hotel Master during the Exit Festival in July 2011. This hotel is excellent value for money. The staff couldn't do enough to help us, and we'd have to say we experienced the best service at Hotel Master than we have seen anywhere else. Everyone was extremely courteous, especially the reception staff, who went out of their way to make sure our stay in Novi Sad was enjoyable. The rooms are a very good size, spotlessly clean, and to an excellent standard. Breakfast was also included in the room rate, and was a good buffet-style selection. The hotel is a little way out of the town centre, but taxis are not expensive (around EUR 2.50 each way), and reception will arrange for a pick-up outside the hotel. Overall we thought that Hotel Master was excellent value for money, and would recommend it to anyone.

We had a lovely stay! Best aspects were clean facilities, friendly staff, tasty breakfast, and great location close to city center. Parking was also very convenient.

The hotel was great. We stayed there during the Exit festival, and were obiously not the common guests for this business hotel. But everything was great. The staff was helpful to any request or question we might have, the (twin double) room was roomy and neat. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going.

If anything, I would say that it is a bit far away from the city centre. But this is no big worry - it's a safe and nice walk, or you could take a taxi for less than one euro.

Was not able to dine in the restaurant during my stay which was absurd as I was told they were only catering for the german karate team. However I could have room service. My food was prepared in the same kitchen and there were empty tabes in the restaurant. Had to eat in my room for two days . No fun in that!!!!!!

Luxurious hotel suited for Business travellers mostly. In the centre of the City so Shopping and City Sightseeing including the Castle is within walking distance. International standard both in facilities and breakfast buffet. Free Wi-Fi at the time of our visit. Pleasent staff.

Absolutely top staff, both reception and at breakfast. Very professional service in connection of any inquiries regarding taxis, other transport, shopping, sightseeing etc. Rooms of a high standard, quiet and well cleaned , well equipped. Best price/ quality ratio I have ever experienced anywhere.

Had a wonderful Easter stay at this hotel. The breakfast was a real highlight, with a great selection of tasty food and drink. The location was perfect, as we were right near all the main Easter events and attractions. It was also really nice to have the option of a late check-out, which made our morning so much more relaxed.

The parking situation, as there wasn’t any private parking available. We had to park on the street and keep an eye on our car, which was a bit stressful.

Enjoyed the place very much, great value for money.
